I'm Graham Butler, a qualified and licensed interior and exterior painter based in Rockhampton. New work, repaints, fences, decks, handrails and seamless flooring — inside and out.
I work on my own, and I like it that way. The bloke who quotes your job is the bloke who preps it, paints it and cleans up after it. No crew to brief twice and no call centre to chase: you deal with me from the first ring to the last coat.

Do you charge for a quote?
No. Quotes are free and there's no obligation. Give me a ring on 0419 765 961, tell me roughly what you're after, and I'll come and have a look at it.
Which areas do you cover?
Rockhampton, Gracemere, Yeppoon, Emu Park and the rest of the Capricorn Coast. If you're a bit further out than that, ring and ask — I'll tell you straight if it's too far.
Are you licensed?
Yes — QBCC licence 63546. In Queensland a painter needs to be licensed for work over a certain value, and you're entitled to ask any tradesman for his number before he starts.
What exactly is seamless flooring?
It's a flake-epoxy coating for garage, shed and patio floors, laid as one continuous surface — no joins and no grout lines for dirt to sit in. It's hard-wearing, it doesn't mind a car on it, and you can hose it out.
Do you do the preparation as well?
That's most of the job, and it's the part that decides how the finish looks in five years. Puttying, gapping, sanding, filling, masking and cleaning down all come before a drop of paint goes on.
Will you take on a small job?
Yes. A single room, a fence, a deck, a set of handrails or posts and finials are all worth doing — plenty of my work starts as one small job for someone.
